Preparedness and Disaster Response Assistance for Latin America and the Caribbean is a Multi-billion dollar new program that will pre-procure provision, transport of emergency relief supplies and programs to address needs in health, food, security, economic recovery and market systems, humanitarian coordination and information management, protection, shelter and settlements, logistics, and water, sanitation and hygiene.
